Brisbane Broncos star Selwyn Cobbo has sensationally branded Jarome Luai “a grub” after the Penrith Panthers five-eighth stood over him throughout State of Origin when he was knocked out chilly.
Cobbo noticed simply two minutes of motion in Origin III earlier than he was knocked unconscious when his head smacked in opposition to the hip of Maroons teammate Patrick Carrigan.

As Cobbo laid on the bottom, Luai stood over him as Maroons teammates rushed in to guard their fallen teammate and take goal at Luai.
Though Luai said on the time he didn’t know Cobbo was knocked out and even spoke to him after the sport, the Broncos star has evidently not forgotten in regards to the incident.
And with the Broncos taking over the Panthers at BlueBet Stadium within the first spherical of the NRL season, Cobbo is little doubt trying to take revenge on Luai.
“I don’t know why he [Luai] did that,” Cobbo advised the Again of the 135 podcast.
“He’s only a grub.
“It was fairly disappointing. It was in Brissie so all my household was there too.
“Two minutes in, I get knocked out. I used to be fairly upset within the sheds when the physician mentioned I couldn’t return on.
“Luai is a grub.”
Cobbo’s feedback on Luai have been on the identical podcast he infamously labelled his Broncos boss Kevin Walters as “a great bloke however not the perfect coach.”
